Bridal Party: Although the members of your bridal party may need pearls or cufflinks to match their wedding attire, consider the long term value of these gifts. Instead of these traditional items, think about appealing to your friends' loves and interests. For example:

  1. Know someone who loves to cook? Sign them up for a cooking class.
  2. Is your friend a movie buff? Get them a DVD collection of their favorite flicks.
  3. Did someone just move into a new home? Consider a mezuzah or a blessing for a new home.
  4. Does one of your friends love sushi? Consider purchasing a sushi set.
  5. What about a donation to your friend’s favorite charity?
