Wow, What a Month! This month sure was one for the records. Although it seemed like the snow would never end, remember that spring is just around the corner. The ample snow does allow for an abundance of winter activities to help you stay active.
Don't forget that shoveling is an activity! If you are unsure, ask your doctor. Always stretch both before and after and use proper lifting techniques to protect your knees and back. |

February is Heart Month! It is fitting for Heart Month to have two holidays focused on spending time with family and loved ones.
