March break has arrived for many of you!
Remember, March break is a great time to schedule an appointment for your dental cleaning and check-up.

The first day of Spring is March 20th this year and many around the office can't wait.
This is a great time of year to add a lunch time walk and stretch into your routine. Incorporating exercise into your day refreshes your mind, helps your body and can improve the second half of your work day

dentist and find out that you had a cavity even though you couldn't see it. You would schedule an appointment to have it filled and return in a week or so. On your return
visit the doctor
would fill your tooth to prevent the future problems that could arise from a growing cavity.
