The snow and cold temperatures are now a distant memory as May rolls in!

We hope that you are taking advantage of the amazing weather by getting out and about. This is the perfect time to dust off that bike or bring those running shoes out of the closet... SPRING IS HERE!

	That being said, we are only days away from Dr. Warshafsky's 10k run for Camp Oochigeas.

Dr. Silver, Dr. Shade, Dr. Warshafsky and Erika are still in training for the upcoming bike ride on June 20-22.

A common problem that patients complain about is sensitive teeth. One of the avoidable causes of sensitive teeth that is truly 'in your hands' is aggressive brushing.

Many people are under the misconception that brushing harder with a firm bristled tooth brush will better clean their teeth. This, coupled with an improper brushing technique (using a back and forth motion) can damage enamel, exposing dentin and resulting in tooth sensitivity.
