With the summer temperatures arriving late this year many around our office are hoping they will stick around for a while. September is a busy month filled with the excitement of 'back to school' and a palpable charge in the air.

September 22 is the first day of autumn! There are still ample activities to help keep you active this time of year. These include nature hikes and cycling on Ontario's beautiful nature trails and an Ontario tradition, apple picking.

With many sporting leagues gearing up in the upcoming month remember to speak us about protecting your teeth. A properly fitted mouthguard will add a level of safety that over the counter alternatives may not provide.

Here is a quick and easy recipe from Tasha's Kitchen

The shells for these delightful crepes can be homemade or easily purchased at your local grocery store.

1. Spread 1/4 cup of chocolate hazelnut spread onto each crepe.
2. Arrange 1 sliced banana down the center of each one.
3. Roll up, and place in a warm skillet over medium heat.
4. Let them warm up for about 90 seconds.
5. Transfer to plates, and serve topped with whipped cream.

Enjoy with a coffee and good friends.
