The month of September was a busy one with the 34th annual Toronto
International Film Festival in full swing. We launched our new web episode
series "The Wine Ladies Talking Wine With The Stars" where we had the
opportunity to speak with unbelievable talent and personalities both
Canadian and International from the fields of film, music, sports, art,
business, and of course wine.
Celebrities from these various
walks of life included; Dragon's Den favorite good guy Jim Treliving founder of
Boston Pizza, the world's first super model Cheryl Tiegs who enjoyed
a glass of red wine with us, Death Row Records new CEO Lara Levi who's objective
is to revitalize this record label, Chris Adams from Hugh
Jackman's Global Poverty Project 1.4 Billion Reasons, voted one of
France's sexiest men Gaspard Ulliel the star
of Vintner's Luck a film all about wine and love set in 19th century
France. Speaking of wine we also spoke to transplanted Italian winemaker
the handsome and talented Marco Piccoli of
Jackson-Triggs Niagara as he revealed his winemaking secrets to us.
