Problem

Trafalgar Village Dental is a modern, full-service dental practice in Oakville, Ontario specializing in preventative and cosmetic dentistry through a non-invasive and collaborative approach. After acquiring the practice, Dr. Kapoor was looking for a way to build his patient list, develop rapport with existing patients, and to digitally rebrand while staying true to the practice's existing online presence.

As a community-focused practice, it was also important that Trafalgar Village Dental's online presence allowed them to keep patients informed of their local initiatives and community programs.

Solution

To create a more cohesive online presence, UpOnline employed a full service solution with integrated web design, email newsletters to patients and social media management.

The new website was designed to encourage more user interaction and to allow it to act as online hub to which traffic could be directed and converted to appointment requests. The new website had a focus on greater detail, prominent calls-to-action and adopting SEO best practices.
